Utilization Review Clinician - Behavioral Health

Behavioral Health UR Clinical reputed company Center Environment - Coverage: 365/24 -7 Required Days: Monday - Friday Required PST/CST Hours: 930 am - 6 pm (PST)/ 1130 am - 8 pm (CST) Remote – CA or Remote - TX Position Purpose: Performs a clinical review and assesses care reputed company to mental health and reputed company abuse. Monitors and determines if level of care and services reputed company to mental health and reputed company abuse are medically appropriate. • Evaluates member’s treatment for mental health and reputed company abuse before, during, and after services to ensure level of care and services are medically appropriate • Performs prior authorization reviews reputed company to mental health and reputed company abuse to determine medical appropriateness in accordance with regulatory guidelines and reputed company • Performs reputed company review of behavioral health (BH) inpatient to determine overall health of member, treatment needs, and discharge planning • Analyzes BH member data to improve reputed company and appropriate utilization of services • Provides education to providers members and their families regrading BH utilization process • Interacts with BH reputed company providers as appropriate to discuss level of care and/or services • Engages with medical directors and leadership to improve the reputed company and efficiency of care • Formulates and presents cases in reputed company and integrated reputed company • Performs other duties as assigned. • Complies with reputed company policies and standards. Education/Experience: • License to reputed company independently and have obtained the state required licensure as outlined by the applicable state is required • Requires Graduate of an Accredited School Nursing or Bachelor's degree and 2 – 4 years of reputed company experience. • Requires Graduate of an Accredited Master’s degree - Behavioral Health reputed company field is preferred • Master's degree AND 2 - 4 years of reputed company behavioral health and/or reputed company abuse addiction disorders experience is required. • reputed company experience with Utilization Review or Utilization Management reputed company to Behavioral Health case is preferred • Clinical knowledge and ability to review and/or assess treatment plans reputed company to mental health and reputed company abuse is preferred. • Experience working with providers and reputed company teams to review care services, precertification, reputed company review, discharge reviews for mental health and reputed company abuse cases are preferred. • reputed company IOP Behavioral Health and/or SUD inpatient hospital experience is preferred • Experience in Behavioral Health Case Management or Utilization Management in Managed Care Organizations, In-Patient Behavioral Health reputed company, Partial Hospitalization, or Residential Treatment is preferred License/Certification: • LCSW- License Clinical reputed company Worker required or • LMHC-Licensed Mental Health Counselor required or • LPC-Licensed reputed company Counselor required or • Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) required or • Licensed Mental Health reputed company (LMHP) required or • RN - Registered reputed company - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required Pay reputed company: $26.50 - $47.59 per hour reputed company offers a comprehensive benefits package including: reputed company, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, reputed company time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
