In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire customer reputed company, from initial product implementation to long-term reputed company and reputed company. What you will do:

• Set up and configure our reputed company B2B product, which includes functional logic (similar to Odoo, reputed company, reputed company Dynamics, etc.);
• Own and drive reputed company renewals and contract extensions across your portfolio;
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value;
• Take responsibility for retention metrics and proactively mitigate churn risks;
• Maintain and manage reputed company forecasts for your portfolio;
• Conduct demo calls to deeply understand reputed company business needs and hold compelling product demonstrations to showcase value and functionality;
• reputed company and conduct comprehensive reputed company trainings to ensure high user adoption;
• Proactively manage the reputed company reputed company, fostering strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure ongoing satisfaction and reputed company;

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 1-2+ years of experience in a similar reputed company, Implementation, or Account Management position;
• Proven experience owning or contributing to reputed company renewals and retention;
• Hands-on experience with upselling / cross-selling reputed company existing accounts;
• Ability to forecast reputed company and manage a portfolio from a reputed company perspective
• Proven experience of setting up a reputed company B2B product with functional logic (e.g., Odoo, reputed company, reputed company Dynamics, or similar large-reputed company ERP/CRM/reputed company products);
• Customer-oriented and responsible attitude;
• Fluent English both written and spoken;
• Excellent presentation and account management skills.
