**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound and outbound calls. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate customer complaints and concerns
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Ability to pass a background check and meet tech requirements (headset, dual monitor, high-speed internet)
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
* Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment and meet the requirements of a remote work setup
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual in Spanish or Creole, with the ability to pass a language assessment
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
