**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Analyst to join our core development team and contribute to the launch of new technology at customer locations. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class shopping experience, obsess about our customers, and thrive in a constantly evolving business environment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology
* Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams
* Visit customer sites and deploy new technology
* Collect customer feedback and quantify impacts of new technology
* Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership
**Essential Qualifications**
* A 4-year science/engineering degree
* Strong communication and data analysis skills
* Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment
* Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
* Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar technical field
* Scripting skills
* Formal coursework/training in project management

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong attention to detail and ability to summarize results in writing
* Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time domestically
