**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, accuracy, and a smile.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, meeting established guidelines and SLAs.
* Maintain call productivity and quality scores well above minimum standards.
* Acquire, demonstrate, and utilize knowledge of Retail, Online banking, Mortgage, and Business product expertise.
* Furnish prompt, efficient, and accurate service while servicing customer inquiries.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and active listening skills.
* Ensure that the company's customers receive an exceptional level of service, meeting established guidelines and SLAs.
* Handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
* Demonstrate abilities to Cross-sell financial services and products.
* Adhere to and comply with applicable, federal, and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e., Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
* Adhere to arenaflex policies and procedures and complete required training.
* Identify and report suspicious activity.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* 1-3 years of Call Center experience, retail banking products, and/or Residential Loans experience preferred.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, particularly strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
* Good typing, spelling, and written communication skills.
* Bilingual candidates preferred but not required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
* Knowledge of Retail, Online banking, Mortgage, and Business product expertise.
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
