As a Virtual Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for guiding clients through the research and booking process, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements, offering expert advice on suitable destinations, transportation options, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
