**Role and Responsibilities**
As a Support Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service by taking and making calls from our clients and providing them with the most up-to-date solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing inbound customer and partner calls and chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
* Making outbound customer and partner calls and chats as needed to proactively address concerns and provide support
* Overseeing day-to-day communication via phone and chat systems, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any technical issues that may arise
* Consistently interacting with partners via email, providing clear and concise updates and information
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with our Field Leadership Team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
* Delivering on-time communication, meeting deadlines and expectations
* Demonstrating a strong understanding of process execution, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
* Maintaining attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all interactions and communications
* Utilizing fast typing skills to efficiently manage chat interactions and data entry
* Multitasking in an ever-changing atmosphere, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands
* Training peers and occasional stretch assignments, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive team success
* Performing data entry and invoicing tasks, accurately capturing customer and partner information
* Noting orders accordingly based on customer/client communication, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
To succeed as a Support Coordinator, you'll need:
* Experience in customer/vendor communication, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Experience in a high-pace call center atmosphere (preferred), with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using CRM software, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles
* Experience using chat systems, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple chat interactions
* Customer service experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role

* Problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think critically and creatively
