**Job Summary**
As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering payroll data, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and coordinate with other departments to deliver top-notch results. **Key Responsibilities**
* Enter payroll data accurately and efficiently using multiple systems, including pre and post-sales information, order fulfillment, and payment processing
* Initiate new service order requests, coordinate and track product/service installation process
* Support and lead ad-hoc projects generated by Cox Sales Channels
* Prepare reports as requested
* Educate customers on arenaflex products and services
* Meet or exceed critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity
* Draft routine client and/or customer correspondence
* Respond to questions, help resolve problems, and direct calls to appropriate resources
* Complete special operational and client projects as assigned
* Act as liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers
* Provide order activity updates to Sales Support Manager/Supervisor
* Coordinate and process off-line orders coming through G2B, E-commerce, Friends and Family
* Act as backup phone support during periods of high call volume or point of contact for customers in the absence of the sales force
**What You'll Bring to the Table**
* High School diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
* 2-5 years of experience in payroll data entry or a related field
* Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
* Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
* Payroll/commission background a plus
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to meet or exceed performance standards and deadlines
