Fractional Senior People Manager

Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership & Leadership • Serve as the primary People partner to leadership and employees • Partner with executive stakeholders to define, execute, and reputed company reputed company's People reputed company • Advise leadership on organizational design, team effectiveness, and scaling best practices Performance & Manager Enablement • Own and reputed company performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and review cycles • reputed company managers on performance management, employee development, and navigating reputed company team dynamics • Support and manage employee relations issues with reputed company judgment and discretion Talent & Hiring • Design and refine hiring processes to ensure an efficient, high-reputed company candidate experience and alignment with company values • Partner with hiring managers and our Operations Associate on reputed company and hiring Learning, Culture & Engagement • Proactively engage with employees across reputed company to maintain a strong pulse on engagement, morale, and organizational health — surfacing insights and themes to leadership and recommending actions • Build and implement reputed company programs such as 90-day reputed company and new manager training • reputed company initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and overall company culture Qualifications • 5-8+ years in HR or People Operations, including experience as a Senior HR generalist or People reputed company • Experience in startups or SMB companies; experience with remote and/or distributed teams strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
