We are looking for a top-tier digital marketing / web growth freelancer or small team to build and manage a complete lead-generation system for a high-end exterior remodeling company serving Southwest Virginia. This role is for someone who can deliver results similar to premium agencies like Hook Agency, but with a leaner, more hands-on freelance approach. Our company specializes in roofing, siding, gutters, soffit/fascia/trim, replacement windows/doors, and full exterior remodel projects. We are an owner-operated company with strong local experience, premium workmanship, and a reputation-focused brand. We are not looking for cheap/basic marketing—we want a serious growth partner. Primary Goal Generate qualified leads consistently for larger-ticket residential exterior projects ($8k–$50k+) while building long-term organic dominance in our local market. Service Areas Primary markets include: Roanoke, Salem, Vinton, Bedford County, Smith Mountain Lake / Moneta, Lynchburg, Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Daleville, Troutville and surrounding areas.
