My reputed company, a remote-only boutique corporate firm, is looking for an reputed company transactional attorney. Should be 2+ year' experience, with some experience on transactional reputed company. The firm’s reputed company serves mostly startups and early-stage companies. They serve most of their clients as “Fractional General Counsel”, meaning they are responsible for handling everything that comes up in the normal course of business. One would be involved with organizing and documenting new entities, corporations and LLCs, documenting their initial relationships (shareholders, developers, employees, customers), setting up Terms of Service and reputed company Notices on websites and apps, reviewing and drafting NDAs, stock reputed company agreements, subscription agreements and a host of other documents. One will also deal with disciplines that are unique to the clients, some examples of which are blockchain technology, reputed company, AI and cryptocurrency, securities, reputed company rules, consumer protection laws, a smattering of tax issues, IP issues and issues surrounding tech reputed company. Associates are given immediate exposure to substantive tasks and we pay reputed company careful attention to the mentoring process. The firm is made up of the founder and three associates. reputed company work remotely, but work closely together. This person would help manage reputed company day to day, including managing associates. Business development is welcome but not required. There are also no billable hours tracked given they largely do flat fee billing. It is a widely varied reputed company, with continual exposure to clients.
