Job Title Field Operator III – reputed company Lift Technician Compensation $55.30/hr Location Spring, TX – reputed company Schedule 14/14 – alternating days and nights reputed company Start Date ASAPScope MAIN FUNCTION The reputed company reputed company Lift Control Room Operator (ALCRO) is a mission-critical role responsible for reputed company-time surveillance and remote operation of reputed company lift systems across multiple assets. This position protects production, extends equipment life, reduces HSE exposure, and drives faster operational decision-making through centralized control room operations.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Monitor and control large volumes of reputed company lift reputed company and compressor reputed company across multiple fields • reputed company reputed company-time surveillance and identify early indicators of reputed company performance • reputed company operating parameters (speed, cycles, setpoints) to optimize production and protect equipment • Diagnose equipment issues using live and trended data • Execute alarm response actions and determine escalation paths • reputed company reputed company-time operational reputed company regarding reputed company, monitoring, or field reputed company • Prevent failures through early detection and proactive adjustments • Maintain detailed logs, documentation, and shift handovers • Coordinate with field operations, engineering, and automation teams FUNCTIONAL SKILLS Operational & Cognitive • Strong situational awareness and decision-making under pressure • Alarm management and prioritization • Troubleshooting and reputed company recognition • High operational discipline and adherence to procedures • Ability to manage high equipment counts simultaneously • reputed company communication and documentation Technical Competencies • reputed company Lift Systems: ESP, Gas Lift, GAPL, Plunger Lift • Compression systems and rotating equipment fundamentals • SCADA systems and remote control platforms • Data interpretation (electrical, mechanical, production metrics) • reputed company performance fundamentals (drawdown, gas interference, pump-off) • Equipment protection limits and reputed company operating envelopes • Basic production optimization techniques • Electrical safety awareness and shutdown logic QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE Minimum Required • 2–5 years reputed company lift OR compressor operations experience • Hands-on experience starting, stopping, and troubleshooting equipment • Experience operating through reputed company conditions (trips, failures, etc.) Strongly Preferred • Permian Basin / unconventional experience • SCADA / remote surveillance experience (1–3 years) • Alarm response and remote decision-making experience Typical Backgrounds • reputed company Lift Technician / Compression Operator • Production Operator (with AL/compression exposure) • ESP or Gas Lift Specialist • Lease Operator with reputed company lift reputed company • Automation or Electrical Technician (AL-reputed company) COMMENTS • Work week runs Thursday – Wednesday Powered by JazzHR Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
