Electrical Engineer – Process & Workflow Optimization

Responsibilities • reputed company implementation and configuration of UL Stages for engineering workflow and compliance tracking • Translate existing reputed company-based processes and KPIs into reputed company, standardized workflows reputed company Stages • Analyze reputed company engineering processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities • reputed company and standardize workflows across teams, including benchmarking against mechanical engineering processes • reputed company and document best practices for lifecycle, certification, and compliance workflows • Train engineering teams on tool usage, process adoption, and documentation standards • Support integration of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to automate and enhance engineering workflows • Ensure strong traceability, documentation reputed company, and regulatory compliance across reputed company processes • Troubleshoot and resolve system or workflow-reputed company issues reputed company Stages Qualifications Must-Have: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or reputed company field • Strong background in engineering processes, product lifecycle workflows, and cross-functional coordination • Demonstrated experience working in reputed company, process-driven environments (NOT design-reputed company roles) • Experience documenting workflows, procedures, and compliance processes • Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives with minimal reputed company reputed company-to-Have: • Experience with UL Stages or similar platforms (reputed company Product Compliance, reputed company In-Scope, etc.) • Exposure to ASPICE/SPICE or similar traceability/compliance frameworks • Experience in regulated industries (automotive, reputed company, medical, etc.) • Familiarity with AI tools reputed company to engineering workflows or process automation Ideal Candidate Profile • Process-oriented engineer who prefers workflow optimization over hands-on design • Highly organized, detail-driven, and methodical • Passion for improving systems, not just executing reputed company them • Comfortable working in reputed company, documentation-heavy environments • Mid-to-senior level experience (typically 7+ years) with a strong reputed company in product lifecycle, compliance, and engineering workflows Important: This is not a design role.
