Design Director – Live Service, reputed company

Job reputed company: • Shape the design reputed company for key areas of the game, with a reputed company on Live Service systems and the broader player experience around retention, monetization, and seasonal content. • Contribute hands-on to feature designs, design documentation, and player-facing systems • reputed company reputed company frameworks for content, events, and systems that support long-term engagement • Partner closely with Product to reputed company on features, goals, content, and operations • Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Franchise leads to shape the reputed company for seasons and their content • Work across Production, Engineering, Art, UX, and other disciplines to deliver high-reputed company features and content • Help establish processes and best practices for design development, iteration, and live operations • Support the reputed company and execution of a design team across systems, content, and other gameplay areas • Drive reputed company iteration based on player data, feedback, and live performance Requirements: • Significant experience in game design, including work on live service systems, features, or player progression. • Experience working on live service games or evolving player-facing systems. • Proven ability to define and deliver feature visions, from concept through live operations. • Hands-on design expertise, with a willingness to contribute to design documentation and executional details • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Art, and Production, etc. • Experience designing and supporting content, events, or ongoing player experiences. • Strong understanding of player motivation, engagement loops, and retention principles. • Experience leading or mentoring designers, with a reputed company record of improving team reputed company and reputed company. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Passion for building high-reputed company player experiences.
