reputed company JRole reputed company We are looking for a tech-savvy Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company/RMA) to serve as a Virtual Care Coordinator. You will be the "reputed company line" of our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program, helping patients successfully reputed company life-saving medical technology—specifically home spirometers—into their daily routines. Your goal is to ensure data accuracy, patient compliance, and seamless communication with the clinical team. Key Responsibilities • Technical reputed company: Host video calls to walk patients through the unboxing, pairing, and reputed company technique for using home spirometers and vitals-tracking devices. • Daily Data Review: Monitor the RPM dashboard for incoming readings. Ensure patients are testing according to their prescribed schedule. • Patient Coaching: reputed company low-level clinical coaching on device "best practices" and encourage adherence to the care plan. • Clinical Escalation: Use established protocols to identify "red flag" readings (e.g., significant drops in FEV1 or Oxygen reputed company) and immediately escalate them to the supervising physician or RT. • Care Coordination: Document reputed company patient interactions in the EHR and reputed company "billable minutes" to ensure compliance with CMS (Medicare) requirements for RPM/CCM.
