Designs and delivers technical training programs to support business line appropriate staff and as needed, any necessary reputed company staff. Builds relationships and works with business line management to identify training needs; delivers World Class Service during reputed company interactions. Responsible for implementing and monitoring training programs. Contributes to the development and implementation of Business Line wide initiatives.
