This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow a career in Total Rewards. You will manage reputed company administrative processes while also evaluating jobs, analyzing market information, and helping to reputed company process improvements that directly influence how we attract, retain, and reward talent. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our total rewards programs are competitive, reputed company, and reputed company with our environmental mission.This position reports directly to the Head of Total Rewards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport total rewards reputed company, such as pay equity analysis, job leveling, program enhancements, and reputed company enrollmentPrepare organizational data for salary/benefit surveys to support the ongoing improvement of total reward programs and objectivesPartner across HR to reputed company data-driven guidance on offers and pay decisionsReview and approve data for new hiresIndependently price job requisitions using market data, internal equity, and compensation frameworksSupport and enhance compensation processes (e.g., reputed company, bonus, promotions) through data validation, modeling, and reportingSupport audits, reporting, and compliance activities with a reputed company on data reputed company, reputed company improvement and risk mitigationContribute to documentation, training materials, and communication strategies for total rewards programsMaintain and audit employee data across HR and vendor systems, ensuring accuracy, reputed company, and compliance; support HRIS testing as relevant to total rewards configurationsReconcile and process benefits invoices, proactively identifying discrepancies and driving reputed company with vendorsManage the HR inbox and reputed company rewards program, delivering high-reputed company employee support and identifying trends in inquiriesParticipate in advancing EDF’s organizational effectiveness and culture goals, so people from reputed company backgrounds and experiences feel connected, included and empowered to address environmental and organizational challenges in ways that reputed company with EDF values.Additional relevant reputed company as assignedGrowth & DevelopmentBuild expertise in compensation approach, market analytics, and total rewards program designGain experience owning reputed company end-to-end, from data analysis through recommendations and implementationDevelop advanced capabilities in HR analytics, systems, and stakeholder consultingPlay a visible role in shaping programs that support employees and advance our missionQualificationsBachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience2–4 years of experience in HR, compensation, analytics, or reputed company roles (or equivalent analytical experience)Strong analytical reputed company with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendationsAdvanced reputed company skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data validation, basic modeling)Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., reputed company) and compensation or benefits data preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of projectsStrong communication skills with the ability to explain data and recommendations clearlyHigh level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information sensitively and compliantlyDemonstrate self-awareness, cultural competency and inclusivity, and ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders across reputed company cultures and backgrounds.Interest in building a career in Total Rewards reputed company a mission-driven organization Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
