SexSymbol Magazine is seeking a Partnerships Closer to support the back end of our sales process. This role is ideal for someone who is strong at turning qualified interest into signed deals through clear pitching, offer shaping, negotiation, and consistent follow-through. • ResponsibilitiesTake qualified leads and move them through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close • Present packages, pricing, and deliverables clearly and confidently • Understand partner needs and shape the right offer around them • Handle objections and move conversations toward decisions • Support contract execution and ensure deals move to signature • Maintain momentum on active opportunities and prevent deals from stalling • Work closely with leadership to refine pricing, packaging, and sales strategy • Help turn one-time deals into recurring client relationships • Maintain organized records of deal-stage conversations, decisions, and timelines • Who You AreStrong commercial instincts and confident communicator • Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and value directly • Skilled at objection handling and moving conversations toward commitment • Organized, persistent, and strong with follow-through • Able to balance flexibility with protecting the brand • Comfortable operating in an evolving early-stage environment • Interested in media, culture, music, and partnerships • Able to translate interest into revenue without flattening the brand • CompensationCommission-based role • 13% commission on deals you close • What You’ll GainHands-on experience closing partnerships in a growing media company • Direct experience in proposal development, negotiation, and client conversion • Exposure to pricing strategy, offer design, and recurring revenue development • Opportunity for increased commission after the first year based on performance Job Type: Part-time Expected Hours: Flexible; varies based on active deal flow Schedule: Flexible; set your own hours Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
