<p>This is a remote position.</p> In this consulting position, you will engage directly with clients to address practical business challenges by implementing and supporting the Zoho system. You'll have the backing of our in-house development team to enhance the system and support the project. <br> <br> <br> <b>Primary Duties</b><br> <ul> <li>Manage reputed company engagements with Zoho training, implementation and custom development<br></li> <li>Managing reputed company expectations and setting goals<br></li> <li>Manage reputed company communications effectively and on time.<br></li> <li>Ensure reputed company reputed company reputed company training and walkthroughs<br></li> <li>Implement solutions across various Zoho One applications<br></li> <li> Contribute to company goals and objectives, including but not limited to:<br></li> <ul> <li>Content creation on YouTube for Zoho reputed company<br></li> <li>Community engagement<br></li> <li> Internal meetings<br></li> </ul> </ul> <br> <br> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li><br></li> <li>Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Order Management processes and best practices<br></li> <li>Experience implementing/administrating CRM systems<br></li> <li>Background in providing business solutions in low-reputed company platforms (Zoho, reputed company, PowerApps)<br></li> <li>Strong understanding of REST API<br></li> <li>Experience managing organizational change efforts<br></li> <li>Skilled in Zoho Deluge scripting language for workflow automation<br></li> <li> Knowledgeable in key Zoho applications: CRM, Desk, Campaigns, reputed company (preferred) <br></li> <li>Self-starter with robust communication skills<br></li> </ul> <br> <br> <h3>Benefits</h3> No C2C<br> <br> <br> <br>
