**The Role**
As a Customer Account Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for coaching our customers to drive payment collections and lease agreement renewals. You'll build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face, ensuring they're 100% satisfied with our products and services. Your primary objectives will include:
* Attainment and reputed company of customers' accounts, including maintaining updated customer information in our store computer system and documenting reputed company customer payment appointments.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
