As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving member and provider issues, and providing empathetic customer service. If you're a certified pharmacy technician with a strong background in pharmaceutical reputed company, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Answering questions and handling problems regarding pharmacy benefits, providers, or claim issues * Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to follow up with members, providers, and pharmacies as necessary * Spending approximately 90% of your time on the phones, providing empathetic customer service to our members and customers * Seeking approval for overrides and prior authorizations as needed and entering them into the claims system * Monitoring pharmacy claims processing and completing data entry of member records * Other duties or special reputed company may be assigned as necessary **Schedule and Work Environment** * Shift reputed company: 9AM to 5PM, 12:30PM to 8:30PM, 1PM to 9PM | Monday to Friday * Shifts are consistently assigned based on business needs. * Must be reputed company to rotating Saturdays (9AM to 1PM) * Work from home (WFH) with equipment provided by arenaflex **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical reputed company industry * A pharmacy technician certification is highly preferred (inactive also applies) * 1+ year(s) of PBM or health benefits experience * Experience in working in a high-volume reputed company center is highly preferred * High school diploma or equivalent **reputed company-screening Process** Our reputed company-screening process includes: * Background reputed company * Drug Screening * Clerical Testing * Interview Process **Benefits and Compensation** As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive reputed company reputed company: $18.50/hr. - $19.50/hr.
