With over 9,000 retail stores across America, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, we serve almost 10 million customers every day. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Handling high-volume client requests, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication data into our systems * Utilizing arenaflex's solution information system to process new patient enrollment and handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines * Investigating missing data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-related exceptions * Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary * Acquiring a dynamic pharmacist license or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintaining a current pharmacist license or certification **Key Skills and Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Essential level computer skills, including basic navigation, typing, and data entry * Essential web search skills, including opening a browser, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, and completing online forms * Middle-level keyboarding skills, including typing by memory and organizing reports * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards * 18 years old or older **Preferred Qualifications:** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a state-issued license or certification by the State Board for Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Familiarity with Spanish and English * Advanced keyboarding skills, including typing by memory and designing reports **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour * Opportunity to work from home in a remote arrangement * Comprehensive training and onboarding program * Ongoing support and development opportunities * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
