Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various social media channels. This is an entry-level position that offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow with a global leader in the telecommunications and technology industry.

Key Responsibilities and Obligations

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior support team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and accurate support.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Work closely with the social media team to develop and implement social media strategies that drive customer engagement and support.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize support processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in social media customer support.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for social media and customer support. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or business administration.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, social media, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience with social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
