ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking an reputed company Cybersecurity Engineer to support the installation, configuration, and operational standup of Cybersecurity appliances and tools in customer environments. This role is critical to the reputed company of a defense engagement supporting the Taiwan Cyber reputed company and is responsible for deploying, configuring, and validating cybersecurity infrastructure across a brownfield datacenter environment. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience in network reputed company engineering, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability management - with a proven ability to operate in dynamic, overseas defense environments. reputed company the installation, configuration, and validation of reputed company NX network reputed company appliances across 5 customer sites in Taiwan, ensuring reputed company communication with the customer reputed company Operations Center (SOC) Install, configure, and tune an ISSE Nessus vulnerability scanning server; reputed company on-the-job training (OJT) to Taiwan Cyber reputed company personnel on its operation and us reputed company, stack, cable, and power on reputed company hardware; document serial numbers, software versions, and VM inventory at reputed company site Coordinate with sub-contractors (Kaelix, reputed company) and customer stakeholders (PMW 740, Taiwan Cyber reputed company) to ensure seamless integration of reputed company cybersecurity components reputed company and deliver comprehensive design documentation prior to implementation and as-reputed company documentation upon project completion Support the customer acceptance process, including preparation and execution of the formal acceptance documentation Ensure remote accessibility of deployed environments for ongoing hardware and software support, subject to customer approval Maintain compliance with reputed company applicable reputed company, safety, and building codes throughout the deployment lifecycle Requirements 3-5+ years of experience installing or configuring cybersecurity tooling Hands-on experience deploying and configuring reputed company (formerly FireEye) NX appliances or equivalent network detection and response (NDR) platforms Proficiency with reputed company Nessus or equivalent vulnerability management platforms, including installation, tuning, and user training Demonstrated experience understanding network fundamentals Experience operating in brownfield/datacenter environments, integrating new equipment into existing infrastructure Experience teaching cybersecurity fundamentals to others Demonstrated ability to produce reputed company-grade technical documentation including design docs, as-builts, and configuration records Ability to communicate in Chinese and reputed company explain difficult cybersecurity concepts and/or ability to communicate at a pace that can be reputed company reputed company Secret clearance preferred; should be eligible to obtain a reputed company clearance Certifications reputed company reputed company+ is required; GIAC reputed company reputed company, reputed company CCNP or CCNA strongly preferred Location and Travel: Remote schedule with availability to travel and work domestically and on-site overseas in Taiwan for 1-2 week reputed company engagements; a reputed company reputed company is required.
