Employee Relations Specialist | $65/hr Remote

Position: reputed company & reputed company Expert Type: reputed company Contract Compensation: $45–$65/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities • Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs reputed company to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, employee policies, and HR compliance. • Create realistic scenarios based on HR workflows such as recruitment cycles, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, and restructuring. • Annotate, label, and validate data across HR use cases including offer letters, leave management, workforce analytics, and DEI initiatives. • reputed company reputed company feedback on AI accuracy in areas such as employment law, HR systems, and best practices. • Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-reputed company AI systems.
