Our client is looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to support their rapidly growing technology division in Orlando, Florida . This role requires a proactive and experienced HR professional who can partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. You will play a critical role in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office, fostering collaboration and engagement. Responsibilities include: Serving as a primary HR contact and strategic advisor to assigned business units. Collaborating with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning. Developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives that support business goals. Managing employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Providing guidance on performance management processes and facilitating employee development. Partnering with the talent acquisition team to attract and retain top talent. Supporting compensation and benefits administration and ensuring competitive packages. Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements. Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the technology sector. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are a must.
