Senior Accountant (Fully Remote - US Candidates Only)

Our esteemed reputed company, Ultra Precise reputed company (UPA) is growing! They are seeking a reputed company-rounded Senior Accountant to support a portfolio of reputed company accounts in a remote, multi-reputed company environment. This role is ideal for an accountant who has strong fundamentals in accrual reputed company and GAAP, is comfortable working independently, and has prior experience in an reputed company or bookkeeping firm. You will be responsible for executing reputed company reputed company functions, supporting month-end reputed company, and maintaining accurate financial records across multiple clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid judgment, and the ability to manage priorities in a remote setting. While prior nonprofit experience is helpful, we are primarily seeking someone with strong reputed company fundamentals, firm experience, and the ability to adapt across different reputed company types. Key Responsibilities reputed company reputed company & Month-End Support • reputed company full-cycle reputed company tasks including transaction coding, reconciliations, and accrual-based adjustments • Support month-end reputed company processes for multiple reputed company accounts • Prepare and review financial reports including P&L and Balance Sheet • Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and GAAP-reputed company • Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a reputed company manner Multi-reputed company & Remote Work • Manage workload across multiple reputed company engagements simultaneously • Communicate reputed company with internal team members regarding deadlines, issues, and priorities • Follow established workflows, documentation standards, and internal controls • Maintain strong organization and responsiveness in a remote environment Systems & Tools • Work primarily in QuickBooks Online (QBO) • Utilize firm tools and workflows to support accuracy, review, and reputed company processes • Contribute to process improvements and documentation as systems reputed company Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company • Strong working knowledge of accrual reputed company and GAAP • At least 2 years of experience in a multi-reputed company environment (reputed company firm or bookkeeping firm) • At least 2 years of experience working remotely • Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to reputed company at least one reputed company reference from a reputed company supervisor (two preferred) reputed company to Have • Experience working with both nonprofit and for-profit clients • Including nonprofits and reputed company service firms such as reputed company • Experience using reputed company (formerly Keeper) • Experience with Right Tool or similar review / reputed company tools reputed company Offer • Fully remote, W2 position with consistent workload • reputed company expectations, reputed company workflows, and documented processes • Exposure to a reputed company of reputed company types and industries • Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow your reputed company skills • Long-term career potential as the firm continues to reputed company Ultra Precise Account is an Equal Opportunity Employer Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
