As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in reputed company scheduling medical and psychological examination appointments, maintaining accuracy and timeliness, while managing both outbound and inbound calls. This position is not considering candidates from reputed company, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington states at this time. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • One year clerical and telephone experience. • Proficiency with computer hardware and software. • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. • Previous experience in scheduling or customer service roles is preferred.
