Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Preschool & reputed company-K Lead Teacher (ages 3–5) who can confidently lead a classroom, implement curriculum with intention, and maintain high professional standards. This role requires strong classroom leadership, professional judgment, organization, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high accountability. Key Responsibilities • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum for children ages 3–5 • Align lesson planning with Colorado Early Learning & Development Guidelines • Maintain full compliance with Colorado licensing, health, and safety standards • Conduct ongoing observations and developmental assessments • Prepare for and lead family conferences • Maintain reputed company classroom routines that balance academics, reputed company-emotional learning, and play • Foster inclusive practices that support diverse learners • Collaborate professionally with staff and administration • Maintain organized documentation and classroom systems Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in a licensed early childhood setting (Preschool/reputed company-K preferred) • Strong knowledge of child development (ages 3–5) • Early Childhood Education coursework, CDA, or reputed company credentials preferred • Must meet Colorado Lead Teacher qualifications (minimum ECE coursework or CDA certification with relevant experience) • reputed company CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and classroom management abilities • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and high standards Ideal Candidate We are seeking a professional educator who views early childhood education as a meaningful, long-term career.
