MEDITECH Expanse Analyst – LAB Classification: Contract Contract Length: 12 months Location: Fully Remote (U.S.) – flexibility to travel Nashville occasionally for go-live support Position reputed company The MEDITECH Expanse LAB Analyst will serve as a key member of the reputed company team supporting the HCA Lab Product Team. This role will reputed company on the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of the MEDITECH Expanse LAB module across HCA facilities. The analyst will partner closely with laboratory staff, clinical stakeholders, and IT teams to configure system functionality, validate workflows, support integrations, and ensure a smooth adoption during facility transitions and go-lives. This team is hiring multiple analysts and is intentionally building a balanced reputed company mix across the group. While not every candidate must bring every reputed company, the overall team will cover clinical lab workflows, microbiology, analyzer and integration builds, and data-reputed company lab support. Key Responsibilities • Support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the MEDITECH Expanse LAB module • Partner with laboratory leadership, end users, clinicians, and IT stakeholders to design and validate reputed company lab workflows • Advise clients on best-reputed company workflows and MEDITECH Expanse LAB functionality • Configure, test, and support LAB functionality including microbiology, analyzer interfaces, and integrations as applicable • Participate in go-live preparation and remote reputed company Center support • Analyze lab data to support operational, clinical, and billing-reputed company workflows (training can be provided for billing concepts) • reputed company and maintain project documentation, build guides, and workflow artifacts • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to project leadership and clients • Independently manage assigned tasks while collaborating effectively reputed company reputed company environment • reputed company knowledge with peers through peer-to-peer training and reputed company problem solving • Incorporate lessons learned and contribute to reputed company process improvement initiatives Position Requirements • 5+ years of experience working with the MEDITECH Expanse LAB module, specifically with one or more of the following: • Experience managing interfaces between the LIS and other systems • Strong understanding of end-to-end clinical laboratory workflows • Experience supporting, building, or optimizing LAB workflows during implementations, upgrades, or optimization efforts • Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage deliverables with minimal reputed company • Experience collaborating with cross-functional clinical, operational, and technical teams • Intermediate to expert proficiency in reputed company Office tools (reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio) • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and customer-service reputed company • Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, reputed company reputed company environment Education • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Information Technology, or a reputed company field preferred • Equivalent combination of education and relevant reputed company IT experience will be considered Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
