**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving complex customer issues, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our team of experts to provide personalized solutions to our customers, ensuring that they are satisfied with our products and services.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Drive sales growth by upselling and cross-selling arenaflex products and services
* Collaborate with our team of experts to provide personalized solutions to our customers
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, including new features and releases
* Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
* Work closely with our team to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns
* Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures
**What You'll Need**
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of identity
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Call center experience preferred
* Advanced typing and keyboarding skills preferred
* Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
