**The Role**
As a Student Success Coach, you'll be responsible for assisting students throughout their education program with arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Supporting enrollment, student development, and retention services while ensuring a quality learning experience
* Managing a group of assigned students and coaching each through their degree program, through proactive and timely outreach
* Encouraging and supporting students through daily and weekly outreach as they work to develop skills and knowledge for academic success
* Providing a trusted environment where students can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests
* Offering and teaching students how to use resources to help maximize the success of each student
* Becoming a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support
* Serving as a liaison for students, enabling them to connect with various departments
**What You'll Need**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
* Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling
* Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
* Ability to learn technical skills quickly
* Excellent communication/listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner
* Strong customer support focus and attention to details

**Schedule**
As a Student Success Coach, you'll work a 40-hour week, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work from home. Our hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 8am to 7pm CDT, and Friday & Saturday 8am to 5pm CDT. We hire people from all time zones that have availability during our hours of operation, in support of our students.
