As a Live Chat Agent, you'll provide exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat software, interacting with visitors on our clients' websites and providing prompt and friendly customer service. **Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.

* Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner, using active listening skills to understand their needs.

* Following up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Contract Length and Pay Rate**
This is a full-time remote position with no fixed term, giving you the flexibility to work on your own terms. The pay rate for this position is between $25-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. We value our employees and strive to offer competitive pay rates to ensure their satisfaction.
**Skills and Background Needed**
To qualify for this position, you must have:
* A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
* The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions.
* A reliable internet connection.
* Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week.
