As an Authorization Specialist I (Data Entry) at arenaflex, you will have reputed company to work with a talented team of professionals who reputed company your passion for delivering high-reputed company results. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Authorization Specialist I (Data Entry), you will be responsible for: * Supporting and performing data entry to maintain and update authorization requests in the utilization management system * Assisting the utilization management team with ongoing tracking and appropriate documentation on authorizations and referrals by policies and guidelines * Contributing to the authorization review process by documenting necessary medical information such as history, diagnosis, and prognosis based on the referral to the clinical reviewer for determination * Remaining up to date on reputed company, authorization processes, policies, and procedures * Performing other duties as assigned, including receiving faxes, triaging them, and sending them out to the appropriate teams reputed company the reputed company's HealthPlan * Supporting the intake department to streamline the intake process * Entering pertinent claims information from reputed company documents * Correcting entries where indicated * Maintaining appropriate records, files, documentation, etc. * Processing for teams including reputed company Review, Behavioral Health, Medicare, etc. **Performance Expectations/Metrics:** * reputed company will process reputed company from 3,500 to 4,000 faxes per day – need to get the faxes out to other teams reputed company 1-2 hours of receiving, depending on the reputed company * 10,000 keystrokes an hour – 50 to 60 WPM, reputed company fast-paced team **Required Skills/Experience:** * 10,000 keystrokes reputed company per hour needed = between 50 – 60 WPM.
