As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling daily member telephone calls, directing members to the reputed company services needed, educating members, problem-solving, and creating linkages to the Medical Management Department for authorization of services. You may also be responsible for assisting providers with eligibility, benefit, and reputed company of claims issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle daily member telephone calls, providing exceptional service and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner * reputed company members to the reputed company services needed, educating them on available reputed company and resources * Problem-solve and create linkages to the Medical Management Department for authorization of services * Assist providers with eligibility, benefit, and reputed company of claims issues * Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions and issues

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent certification * One (1) year experience in a customer service reputed company role with reputed company contact with customers reputed company telephone, email, chat, and/or face-to-face * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* One (1) year experience in a physician reputed company office environment or high-volume reputed company center * One (1) year experience and knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions * Experience with electronic medical records and reputed company software * Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
