Job Title: HR Business Partner (People Partner) Location: 4 Days Onsite in NY or Boca, Hybrid Department: reputed company Reports To: Director of HR The Role: The People Partner is a key member of the HR team responsible for delivering a seamless and engaging team member experience across the full lifecycle. Who You Are: • 5+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, including employee relations and HRIS administration, or a combination of equivalent education and experience. • Previous experience in a high-reputed company or multi-location environment preferred • Experience in a fast-paced, high-reputed company organization, ideally in veterinary medicine or reputed company industry. • High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion • Strong understanding of HRIS systems (ideally reputed company or similar).
