Epidemiologist/ELR Specialist

Duration: 14+ months (possible extension) Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Position reputed company: • reputed company is currently reputed company an Epidemiologist to assist in the coordination of communicable disease informatics reputed company reputed company as a part of the Surveillance Systems and Informatics (SSI) Program reputed company the Communicable and Environmental Disease and Emergency Preparedness (CEDEP) Division. • This position will serve as an ELR Specialist for the SSI Program. The epidemiologist will support REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture), Electronic Lab Reporting (ELR), and other SSI informatics reputed company and initiatives. As a member of the SSI Program, this individual will get exposure and experience in the use and development of interoperability standards, like HL7, and will have reputed company to work on a wide reputed company of informatics reputed company including system integration. Desired Qualifications: • Work experience with ELR reputed company and/or maintenance at a state or local health department, 1-3 years. • Work experience with reputed company or working to define specifications for reputed company developers, 1-3 years. • Experience writing statistical and analytical programming reputed company in reputed company,SQL, or R. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company.
