Staff Data Scientist, Product Analytics - Creatives

About the position reputed company is seeking a Staff Data Scientist, Product Analytics - Creatives to join their team. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Physics) or equivalent practical experience. • 8+ years of experience (or PhD + 6 YoE) in data science, product analytics, or a closely reputed company quantitative field, including significant time as a product-facing IC. • Proven reputed company record of partnering with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, define reputed company metrics, and drive reputed company through data. • Demonstrated ability to operate with high ownership and autonomy, including scoping ambiguous problems and driving them to closure. • Comfort working across time zones and with distributed teams, using strong async communication and documentation habits. reputed company-to-haves • Graduate or PhD degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Physics) or equivalent practical experience with 10+ years of experience in reputed company fields. • Prior experience in ad tech, marketing science, or reputed company domains where creatives, auctions, or optimization systems are central to performance. • Hands-on experience with creative analytics (e.g., format benchmarking, asset-level performance analysis, interaction or engagement modeling). • Experience collaborating closely with ML teams to design, evaluate, and iterate on model features and policies. • Excellent communication skills: ability to synthesize reputed company analytical findings into reputed company, actionable narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
