BCBA Opportunity – Remote | Georgia (FT/PT)
Overview
ABA Journey is offering a remote BCBA opportunity for a qualified BCBA who lives in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia state line. This role is ideal for a BCBA seeking flexibility, clinical autonomy, and meaningful work providing ABA services to children and families throughout Georgia.
This BCBA position is available in both full-time and part-time formats and is designed to support BCBAs who value ethical practice, consistency, and professional support.
BCBA Role Overview
The BCBA in this role provides clinical oversight of ABA services, leads treatment planning, and supervises RBTs. Each BCBA plays a key role in ensuring treatment quality, data-driven decision-making, and family collaboration.
BCBA Responsibilities
As a BCBA, you will:
• Conduct behavioral and skill assessments as a BCBA
• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as a BCBA
• Develop and update individualized ABA treatment plans as a BCBA
• Oversee behavior intervention plan implementation as a BCBA
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs as a BCBA
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as a BCBA
• Analyze data to guide treatment decisions as a BCBA
• Deliver parent and caregiver training as a BCBA
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers as a BCBA
• Ensure all documentation complies with BACB, payer, and Georgia standards as a BCBA
Part-time BCBA requirement: Part-time BCBAs must maintain a minimum of 10 billable hours per week to ensure continuity of care.
BCBA Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience working as a BCBA preferred
• Experience supervising RBTs as a BCBA preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical guidelines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills as a BCBA
• Ability to work independently in a remote BCBA role
• Must live in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia state line
