The HC Beauty Business Development Manager (BDM) is a field, reputed company sales position responsible for driving business in salons through B2B sales with new business development/prospecting and existing business reputed company strategies. The BDM reports into the Sales Manager and has predetermined targets for new business development. Bonus and performance are both determined by attainment of goals. This position will be heavily prospecting new business leads.
