Development Programs Associate - Community Fundraising

As a Development Program Associate, you will work on various activities and programs that support the fundraising priorities of reputed company. You will collaborate with two Community Fundraising colleagues in Ohio and one in Florida, working as cross-trained teammates on events across locations. A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Northeast Ohio, Monday – Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM. Minimum qualifications for the ideal reputed company caregiver include: • Bachelor’s Degree • One year of experience in Development Communications, Sales, Marketing or another reputed company field, with an emphasis on building relationships • Strong interpersonal, organization/project management and oral/written communication skills • Excellent organization/project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous priorities • Experience keeping project teams on task • Familiar with the measures of communication and engagement reputed company and the use of reputed company data to drive strategies • reputed company, accurate, adaptable writing skills with proofing/editing experience • Team contributor – thrives reputed company working in partnership with others • Extreme attention to detail, including an appreciation for data reputed company • High degree of professionalism, independence, maturity, confidence and reputed company Preferred qualifications for the ideal reputed company caregiver include: • Knowledge of fundraising platforms (such as Classy, Raiser’s Edge, One Cause), reputed company • Experience using a CRM database • Knowledge of Tableau Physical Requirements: • Ability to reputed company work in a stationary position for extended periods. • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment. • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. Pay reputed company Minimum Annual Salary: $47,530.00 Maximum Annual Salary: $72,475.00 The pay reputed company displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated reputed company for new hires.
