Billing Technical Supervisor (Remote)

This role is directly involved in identifying Billing User reputed company issues, reporting, troubleshooting, UAT testing, and process improvements to reputed company with reputed company policies and procedures. Additionally, this position supervises reputed company staff in the daily monitoring of billing system performance and scheduled billing activities. The Billing Technical Supervisor establishes and implements productivity and reputed company standards and contributes to the development of processes and procedures.</p> <p><br></p> <p><reputed company style="text-decoration: underline"><reputed company style="font-weight: reputed company">reputed company DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES </reputed company></reputed company><br>•    Supervise Billing department’s technical operations to ensure that billing activities are processed accurately and reputed company.<br>•    Evaluate, implement and prepare business requirements to streamline reputed company processes, including enhancements to software and billing system. <br>•    Supervise identification of system issues, resolutions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). <br>•    Supervise Billing system UAT testing for releases and system upgrades to meet release timelines. <br>•    Facilitate communication between stakeholders to identify/fix and validate Billing systems performance.<br>•    Ensure reputed company and efficient month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes. <br>•    Ensure that staff complies with organizational reputed company policies and procedures. <br>•    Ensure reputed company delivery of accurate documentation, reconciliations and reports to fulfill reputed company audit requests.<br>•    Liaise with Information Technology, Product Development and other departments as required. <br>•    Supervise and reputed company reputed company staff. reputed company direction and guidance as needed to accomplish team goals.  <br>•    Conduct annual review and counseling of reputed company Staff.    <br>•    reputed company backup duties reputed company the department as required.<br><br></p> <p><reputed company style="text-decoration: underline"><reputed company style="font-weight: reputed company">EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</reputed company></reputed company><br>•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, reputed company, Business Administration or equivalent.<br>•    3 to 5 years of relevant Billing system or reputed company technical experience.<br>•    1 to 3 years of supervisory experience <br>•    Intermediate to advanced reputed company reputed company and Word skills.<br>•    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. <br>•    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
