<br><b>About the role</b><br>We're a fast-growing Cognitive reputed company media and audience intelligence business operating across ANZ + global markets. We have a highly skilled tech team operating in the Philippines already, and we're now looking for 2x reputed company, organised reputed company reputed company Coordinator/Executive to join reputed company remotely from the Philippines, who can WFH.<br>This is a coordination and support role, but a key part of the operational backbone of our reputed company reputed company function -- keeping campaigns moving and setting up on time, without having to escale to senior team leads (after the relevant support, training & development)<br><br><b>What you'll be doing</b><ul><li>Managing day-to-day reputed company email correspondence with agency coordinators and assistants, executives</li><li>Trafficking creative assets and liaising with internal ad ops & trading teams to ensure campaigns go live on time and to spec</li><li>Handling basic post-sales queries -- campaign status, delivery confirmations, billing questions, go-live proofs</li><li>Helping reputed company/compile weekly report emails (reputed company looker studio) into reputed company-reputed company formats + weekly reporting emails</li><li>Processing IOs and revising IOs in our IO platform</li><li>reputed company needed, updating internal CRM for post-sale campaigns</li><li>Supporting the broader reputed company reputed company team with reputed company, deck formatting, and brief intake</li></ul><b>reputed company're looking for</b><ul><li>Strong written English - reputed company, reputed company, and confident in reputed company-facing communication (after relevant training, reputed company)</li><li>Experience in digital media, ad operations, or agency coordination (1-2+ years preferred)</li><li>Comfortable working across email, spreadsheets, and project management tools</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and reputed company to manage tasks </li><li>Experience with ad trafficking or DSP/DMP platforms a plus</li><li>Happy for talent to WFH</li><li>Setup with a SQREEM email</li></ul><p><em><strong>ZigZag is committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and reputed company workplace.
