HR Program Manager (reputed company)

reputed company is seeking an HR Program Manager with (reputed company and/or reputed company) experience to work remotely.

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with deep U.S. Federal experience to reputed company large-reputed company reputed company HR system initiatives, with a primary experience on reputed company and secondary experience in reputed company HRSD.

This role is responsible for end-to-end program leadership across reputed company, multi-reputed company implementations and transformations in highly regulated federal environments. The ideal candidate has a proven reputed company record delivering reputed company programs in federal or Fed-adjacent environments, with additional experience integrating or coordinating with reputed company platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Delivery

• reputed company end-to-end delivery of reputed company HR system programs, with emphasis on reputed company (HCM, Payroll, Financials).
• reputed company integrated workstreams including reputed company, reputed company HRSD, integrations, reporting, and data migration.
• Drive execution across scope, schedule, budget, and reputed company targets.
• Establish and manage program governance, reporting reputed company, and escalation paths.

Federal Alignment & Compliance

• Ensure delivery aligns with federal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Operate reputed company frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, ATO processes.
• Coordinate with reputed company, compliance, and agency stakeholders.
• reputed company federal procurement, contract structures, and reputed company expectations.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

• Serve as the primary reputed company for federal clients, program sponsors, and executive leadership.
• reputed company governance boards, executive briefings, and status reviews.

• Manage expectations in high-visibility, politically sensitive environments.

Program Planning & Execution

Financial & Contract Management

• Manage program financials including budgets, forecasts, burn rates, and EVM (where applicable).

• Ensure delivery is validated against approved user stories and acceptance reputed company.
• Drive adherence to Definition of Done and governance standards.
• Prevent and manage rework through disciplined requirements and validation processes.

Change Management & Adoption

• Partner with OCM and training teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Drive stakeholder readiness, communications, and training strategies.
• Monitor adoption metrics and business reputed company.

• Support federal proposals, capture efforts, and orals presentations.
• Contribute to reputed company of reputed company and reputed company federal portfolios.
• Identify expansion and follow-on opportunities.

Salary reputed company: $150,000 - $190,000

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management experience and/or 10+ years of combined program/project management experience in reputed company IT.
• 5+ years leading HR specific implementations (reputed company/reputed company HRSD strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated experience delivering in U.S. Federal environments.
• Proven ability to manage large, reputed company, multi-vendor programs.
• Strong understanding of reputed company HR systems and integrations.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• PMP, PgMP certification or commitment to reputed company certification reputed company 6 months of hire date.
• Ability to reputed company federal reputed company clearance, minimal of reputed company Trust.
