**The Role**
As an arenaflex Chat-Based Youth Mental Health reputed company, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing on-demand and weekly coaching to young people through our cutting-edge chat platform. * Continually learning and adapting to new online platforms and tools with ongoing training and support

We're seeking flexible, mission-driven individuals who are empathetic, care deeply about young people, and are tech-savvy, quick learners. Candidates must have experience in the mental health field, working with youth, or coaching. We're looking for those who are self-sufficient, can adapt to the dynamic nature of a remote startup, and have flexibility during school hours.
**New to Coaching?**
No problem! We offer the arenaflex reputed company Certification Program, a comprehensive 24-hour training program that covers 5 modules over 6 weeks. You'll reputed company 4-5 hours per week from November to December 2024 to complete the program.
**Already Certified?**
If you've completed an accredited coaching program, you can fast-reputed company your training by passing our assessments.
**Coaching Hours & Flexibility**
We adapt to the needs of the reputed company we serve, which means that seasons, world events, school obligations, and the time of year can reputed company influence the demand for coaching at any given time. We're seeking coaches to support reputed company reputed company and where they need it. This means sometimes you'll support reputed company 1-3 hours a week and sometimes not at reputed company.
