Your responsibilities will include: * Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-reputed company requests, including card activations, payments, reputed company and address updates for cardholders (customers) of 1-2 assigned company clients. * Providing standardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User reputed company (GUI) screens for reputed company systems and established documentation and processes. * Entering required data into reputed company-provided systems and databases. * Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a reputed company-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more reputed company Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for reputed company investigation and reputed company. * Building reputed company knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and understanding of association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific reputed company training required to resolve cardholder inquiries. **What Are We Looking For in This Role?** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to join reputed company.
