As a 988 Chat/Text Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), providing brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and appropriate service linkage for individuals who are experiencing emotional distress.
