We're a company that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities, and we're proud to be recognized as the #1 Top Workplace in the area. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing education, support, and guidance to help them understand the resources available to them. You'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, connecting with members through inbound and outbound phone calls, and promoting our programs and services to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Educate identified members about programs available to them to promote wellness * Schedule appointments with our nurses and coaches or schedule them in a group coaching event * Educate members on their company-sponsored incentives and review progress towards meeting their incentives * Assist members with portal questions (password resets, registering, navigation, filling out health assessments) and promote the mobile app * Provide a positive member experience reflective of the CVS values **Training and Schedule** Our training program is approximately six weeks long, and you'll work from 8:00 AM EST to 4:30 PM EST. After training, your schedule will be flexible, with the option to work between 10:30 AM EST and 9:00 PM EST. **Required Qualifications** * 2 years of experience in a customer service call center environment where you supported inbound and outbound queues * Ability to work with a direct connection using an ethernet cord (no Wi-Fi permitted) * High-speed broadband internet connection (100/25 mbps) required * Proof of internet connection required prior to any confirmation of an offer and start date * Keyboarding skills and ability to type 45 WPM with 95% accuracy * Experience promoting programs or telephonic sales is preferred but not required * Microsoft 360 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive) skills required * Workforce management preferred but not required * Avaya One X or comparable telephonic software knowledge preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Worked in a setting where there were contractual customer expectations, performance guarantees * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written * Experience supporting complex and nuanced work * Ability to discern key points to assist with problem resolution * Demonstrate ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately, and efficiently * Ability to follow direction, multi-task, and adapt to change * Foundational knowledge of computers (e.g., navigation, working in multiple windows, basic functions such as copy/paste, basic trouble-shooting skills) * Ability to learn in an online/telework environment **Education** * High School Diploma or GED **Compensation and Benefits** * The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 - $31.72 * This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls * The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors * This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above * arenaflex offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits * Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees * The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long-term disability benefits * arenaflex also offers numerous well-being programs, education assistance, free development courses, a CVS store discount, and discount programs with participating partners * As for time off, Company employees enjoy Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay, as well as paid holidays throughout the calendar year **Why Join arenaflex?** * We're a company that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities * We're committed to making healthcare more personal, convenient, and affordable * We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that's perfect for those who are passionate about healthcare and customer service * We're a company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we're committed to creating a workplace that's welcoming and inclusive for all employees **How to Apply** If you're passionate about healthcare and customer service, and you're looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this role.
