With a fleet of over 50 aircraft, we serve a diverse range of oil and gas companies, from small to large-scale operations. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we're seeking like-minded professionals to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting in the operation of the arenaflex Operations Desk, serving as a critical command and control center and primary liaison between pilots and customers. * Inputting, tracking, and analyzing data related to reports received from pilots and customer interactions. * Directly communicating with customers to leave a lasting positive impression for arenaflex. * Generating customer reports indicating services provided and results of inspections. * Solidifying hard data from vague clues to drive business decisions. Additional responsibilities may include: * Assisting with the generation of the daily flying schedule and associated mission products using arenaflex proprietary software, Garmin products, and Google Earth. * Coordinating with maintenance to understand aircraft availability and its impact on flight operations. * Communicating performance expectations to pilots prior to mission execution. * Assisting with general projects related to the overall business as a critical member of our small management team. * Coordinating with the President to onboard new customers and integrate requested work with existing operations. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A customer service orientation with a passion for operations. * Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders. * Self-motivation, with a comfort level working with ambiguity and complexity. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Earth. * Full weekend availability, with a 5-day work week. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Comprehensive healthcare benefits. * Five days of sick pay. * 20 paid vacation days per year. * A casual dress code (jeans are welcome). * A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development. **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex operates 365 days a year, with daytime operations only.
