We're now seeking an experienced Full Stack Sales Professional to join our dynamic team as a Chat Assassin. As a Chat Assassin, you'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. We believe in providing our team members with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed and grow in their careers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Chat Assassin, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Starting new conversations with potential clients through social media platforms * Following up with leads and closing sales * Growing your social media presence and engaging with your audience * Managing and communicating with your team to ensure success * Collaborating with our client success team to develop strategies and tactics to drive sales **Essential Qualifications** To be successful as a Chat Assassin, you'll need: * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * A stable income in $USD * A fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone * Stable internet connection * Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends) * Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil **Preferred Qualifications** While previous experience is not required, we're looking for individuals who are: * Passionate about sales and problem-solving * Confident in their English skills * Willing to learn and take on new challenges * Creative and innovative in their approach * Strong communicators and team players **Skills and Competencies** To succeed as a Chat Assassin, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn * Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools * Strong time management and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we believe in providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
